Abuse / Copyright claims
As an internet service provider (ISP), we welcome abuse reports. Keep in mind, though, that we don't manage our servers or manage the content in the servers or we control the domains by the clients , the client is being responsible for the actions / content of the server and its domains being hosted on it — our role is solely to provide internet connectivity and hardware support for those servers.
For takedown or removal requests targeting content on IPs we assign, first attempt to resolve it directly with the third-party host responsible for the problematic, infringing, or rights-violating material. UndergroundPrivate doesn't own any content on our servers. Most hosts list their own abuse contacts on their sites or in domain WHOIS records. If those details are inaccurate or missing from WHOIS, reach out to the domain's TLD operator to request suspension. Providing accurate contact info is a strict requirement.
No response or missing contacts
If the third party ignores your abuse reports or lacks any contact info, submit your claim via our tickets or directly on the abuse email of the ip. We'll forward it appropriately to the relevant parties and act as needed.
To our clients
If you're our client and hosting content that raises copyright issues or other abuse concerns or anything against TOS, we'll require you to provide an abuse email address (upon signing up you need a valid email address and details and you are required to via the TOS you agree upon signing up) for us or rights claimants to use. Without one, or if it's unresponsive, we'll take suitable steps, which could include ending your service with UndergroundPrivate. On the ticket that it will be opened you will get a reported link(s) that violate the TOS , if you need the full abuse email you will need to reply to the ticket and ask for the full report , its your obligation you have a valid contact form to your website or your domain via your domain registrar so you receive the full info's via the contact form you get. You will get the abuse report if you ignore it or not reply to it you still responsible for it no matter what , if the issue continue we have the right per the TOS you agreed upon signing up to suspend and terminate your services without providing you any backup.
Takedown tools
You (client) can provide takedown tools (software for swiftly removing content from sites or services) to copyright owners or authorized representatives. This is fully your responsibility as our client. Such tools are essential for services like image hosting or video streaming, even if not legally mandated.
If you have your own clients using servers (provided by us) that you order, you're accountable for any content they host. You must establish and enforce your own abuse policy for them and follow strictly our TOS.
