We had a serious downtime for 2 days, the first issue was a problem we got with Cloudflare and many clients reported that they got message "anti-ddos filter cannot connect to protected host." on their websites. We removed Cloudflare from Cpanel, if you'd like to use cloudflare you can do it via here cloudflare.com.

Also a number of clients break our Terms Of Service and we had serious problem with our Data Center, next time if anyone break Terms Of Service and we notice that he/she made a huge damage to our web hosting company legal issues will taken against him.
